Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Paid valet parking is available for a maximum of two cars

• This home could allow dogs with final approval. All pets need to be submitted for approval. Pet cleaning and a per day/dog fee will be added to the reservation after approval.

• During the winter season, Phil plays music from 4 pm-6 pm downstairs in the Chop House.

• Please note there is a non-refundable home protection and service charge of $100 - $500, the exact amount depends on the size of the home.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
