I had a wonderful stay in this charming one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Covent Garden while visiting London for work. It was such a refreshing change from staying in a hotel! The spacious living area gave me room to spread out, relax, and truly feel at home, all while being right above the energy and excitement of one of London's most vibrant neighborhoods. The home was simple, clean, and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. I loved being able to step outside and be right in the middle of everything, then retreat upstairs to my own peaceful space at the end of the day. It was the perfect home base for a solo trip and made my time in London that much more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located alternative to a hotel in Covent Garden!

We had an absolutely incredible three-week stay in this beautiful London home! Tucked away on a quiet, secluded street near Sloane Square, it offered the best of both worlds: easy access to all the excitement, amenities, and energy of the city, while feeling like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. One of our favorite things about the stay was how much we truly felt like locals. We loved the everyday rhythms of the neighborhood, from seeing children heading off to school in the mornings to walking to Whole Foods and discovering the wonderful restaurants nearby. Pavilion Road was a particular favorite, with its charming village-like atmosphere and fantastic shops and eateries. My kids loved window-shopping along Sloane Street, and I loved having the Thames just a few blocks away for morning runs. The Tube was only a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to explore every corner of London, yet returning home always felt like coming back to our own quiet little haven. After three weeks, we left feeling as though we had experienced London in such a special and authentic way. The location is truly hard to beat, and we couldn't have asked for a better home base for our time in the city. We would absolutely love to stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful London experience!

Loved the location of the flat, easy walk to several tube stations and various sights. Very clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet, seemed like a lot of thought had been given to what we might need for our stay. The kitchen was well-appointed, had everything we needed. Nick (the man who showed us around when we first arrived) was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how everything worked. Customer service replied promptly when we ran into an issue with the outside door and helped figure out the issue quickly. Would happily stay there again!

We have used onefinestay on a number of occasions before and will continue to do so. Their properties are pre-vetted and of a high standard, you get what is described on the website. The staff is available and quick to answer, and any issues or requests are quickly dealt with. Our flat for this stay was very convenient, just 5 minutes from tubes and shopping. It had everything two people needed, and the check in led us through any specific instructions needed. As always, an excellent experience and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay with onefinestay. The home was well prepared, and the host met us on arrival with a thoughtful gift for the guest we were celebrating during our birthday weekend. The hosts were also easy to reach and quick to help whenever we needed them. A few details would make the experience even better: clearer instructions for the gate codes and where to find the garage opener, more towels available at the start of a multi-night stay, working volume on all the TVs, and at least one full-length mirror for getting dressed. Overall, we had an amazing time. I would recommend onefinestay and would happily stay with them again!

Staying in our London flat with onefinestay was absolutely amazing. The flat was exactly as described. Our flat was centrally located, with easy access to a number of restaurants, the tube and parks - which allowed us to forget we were in the city occasionally. One note: some of the instructions (eg, WiFi passcode, where to take garbage) were not correct, I would recommend revisiting this paperwork at least quarterly. Having access to the support team by text was helpful. Thank you again for a great stay!

We were very impressed with the onefinestay team in London who provided great service from booking through to the completion of our visit. The accommodation was well-appointed and in a great location. However what stood out was the exceptional service from the team. Communication was excellent, promptly replying to queries and keeping us informed. The concierge service was so helpful to connect us with babysitters. Our arrival at Heathrow was a catastrophy due to an airport shutdown and took hours to clear customs and baggage claim. Our onefinestay representative stayed in contact with us through the entire experience to be sure our transportation to the apartment and greeter at apartment where there. Cannot say enough kind things about the customer service!

We had a phenomenal stay in London. We traveled with a group of 8 to see a soccer match; none of which had ever been to the UK before. The onefinestay team (our rep was Victor) was superbly helpful in making sure we had everything we needed, including sourcing tickets to the soccer game for us. When we got to the property, we were greeted by Nick, who was very outgoing in showing us around the property and making sure we settled in well. The property itself was spacious, tidy, and really elevated our whole trip. After every day of exploring the city, we had a large hangout area (and a ping pong table!) to come back to, which we made use of until the early hours of the morning. I can't recommend staying with onefinestay enough!
