With over 15 years of experience spanning hospitality, technology, and strategic operations, Ashlee has built a reputation for balancing innovation with operational rigour. Prior to joining onefinestay, she served as Chief Experience Officer at Inspirato, where she led a global operations team and maintained an industry-leading NetPromoter Score through a relentless focus on quality, data, and process improvement. Ashlee began her career in management consulting with Deloitte and RAS & Associates, advising Fortune500 clients on technology transformation and operational strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Technology Association.

David joined onefinestay in 2013 as a Senior Operations Executive. He spent his first year understanding and supporting the business through a hyper-growth stage. With his experience in project management and logistics, David progressed into different roles while finding efficiencies and cost controls. David prides himself on his leadership style and challenging the status quo to think outside the box. David is now the COO overseeing onefinestay’s global operations.

Kate Brown serves as Vice President of Sales at onefinestay, leading the company’s global sales strategy and driving growth across its direct and travel advisor channels. With a career spanning luxury hospitality and travel, Kate brings extensive experience in sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and building high-performing teams. Prior to joining onefinestay, Kate held senior sales leadership roles within luxury hospitality, including Auberge Collection. Throughout her career, she has focused on cultivating strong relationships with guests, travel advisors, and industry partners while delivering thoughtful, high-touch service and commercial growth. Kate is passionate about the intersection of luxury hospitality, private travel, and relationship-driven sales, and is focused on strengthening onefinestay’s position as a leading provider of exceptional private homes, villas, and chalets around the world.

Guillaume first worked for onefinestay as a Technical advisor to the New Businesses' CTO at Accor, and then joined onefinestay permanently in June 2018 as a Director of Engineering. He became Chief Technology Officer in August 2021. Guillaume is a graduate of ESIEE Paris and has more than 15 years of experience in tech / digital. Prior to joining onefinestay, Guillaume had several roles, starting as a developer, then becoming lead, architect, devops and tech expert, always dealing with small and bigger teams in various industries such as gaming, ads, and e-commerce.

Sharon has over 16 years experience in senior HR roles in both SME and corporate environments, including sectors such as pharmaceutical consultancy, life sciences and aerospace. Sharon is a chartered member of the CIPD, with a degree in Psychology. Sharon is passionate about developing performance cultures and adding value through effective, forward- thinking people strategies across international locations. Sharon has worked with onefinestay on a variety of people projects since 2022 and joins onefinestay as Chief People Officer in 2024.

Morgan Brown serves as Senior Vice President at onefinestay, leading the
company’s global real estate strategy. With deep experience in hospitality, real estate, and investment, Morgan brings a strategic, data-driven approach to scaling onefinestay’s presence in premier destinations worldwide. Before joining onefinestay, Morgan was Head of Real Estate at Inspirato, where he directed the strategy, acquisition, and management of the company’s $1.8 billion real estate portfolio. Over more than a decade, he played a central role in Inspirato’s evolution from a pioneering travel startup to a leader in luxury hospitality. He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics from Colorado State University.

David is the Legal Director at onefinestay, bringing over twenty-five years of executive-level, in-house experience across the hospitality, technology, finance, and energy sectors. Having served a broad range of Fortune 500 companies, he provides strategic legal and business counsel to support the company's continued growth and operations. David holds a JD/MBA from the University of Denver and a BA from Drake University.
