House Rules
Non-smoking. No vaping. Minimum age of 25. Pets not allowed unless specified. No events, parties, weddings or amplified music are permitted. Check-in 4pm – Check-out 10 am unless otherwise approved. All guests staying at One Steamboat Place agree to pay the onsite Service fee. Quiet time is 7pm – 7am. Avoid wearing shoes indoors. Guest must follow parking rules.
Home Truths
This chalet does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will ensure the interiors are kept comfortable and fresh - simply open the windows after the sun goes down and keep the windows and blinds closed during the day. Utilising the chalet's overhead fans, if available, will keep the airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee. Speak to our team to find out more.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
