  • No smoking on any onefinestay property.

Home Truths

  • Children age 12 and up are welcome.

  • The Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

  • This villa is accessed from street level via a set of 78 Roman steps. These steps are deep in length and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Upon your arrival we will secure a €1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
