House Rules

  • The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
  • No smoking on any onefinestay property.

Home Truths

  • Owners live on the premises, in a separate wing of the villa with an independent entrance.

  • A weekly allowance for heating consumption is included in rates. Any overage will be charged back at market rate + tax at checkout.

  • Please note the Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
