House Rules

  • The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
  • No smoking on any onefinestay property.

Home Truths

  • The Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euros.

  • A weekly allowance for electrical consumption is included in rates. Any overage will be charged back at market rate + tax at checkout.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €2500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
