Home Truths

• A security deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required upon arrival to cover any potential damages to the villa. This deposit will be fully refunded after departure, pending a thorough inspection of the property.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• During high tide the ocean reaches the protective rock revetment, which may limit access to the sandy beach.

• Please note: Reservations are for a specific villa type, and individual villa numbers will be assigned at check-in.

• For all stays during the festive period (December 20th - January 5th), full payment is required by September 1st. Bookings not fully paid by this date are subject to cancellation. Please inquire for more information.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
