onefinestay was easy to communicate with to book the flat for our requested dates and resolved issues with the WiFi in the flat promptly.

House Rules

  • The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
  • No smoking on any onefinestay property.

Home Truths

  • This home does not have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

  • This home accepts babies, toddlers and children but does not accept pets.

  • This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.

  • The entrance to this home is on the lower-ground floor with no elevator access. As a result of this, you can sometimes hear the communal front door when it is closed by the building's other residents.

  • The third bedroom is on the lower-ground floor.

  • The beds in the second bedroom and third bedroom can be made up as either a super-king size bed or as two singles.

  • The homeowner's gardener usually visits the home every two weeks on a Monday for 3-4 hours.

  • The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

  • The utility room in this home has reduced head height and is a relatively confined space.

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
