Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

House Rules

  • The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
  • No smoking on any onefinestay property.

Home Truths

  • A weekly allowance for electrical/AC consumption is included in rates. Any overage will be charged back at market rate + tax at checkout.

  • Heating if needed is metered and charged back at time of checkout.

  • Please note that the Italian government might require the payment of a per-person-per-day Visitor’s Tax per person, per day and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
