Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• Everyone in the group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.

• The guest bedroom does not have any windows.

• If you'll be bringing more than one vehicle, there are three shared, first come, first served parking spaces in the complex parking garage.

• Please note this chalet has no air conditioning.

• Please note there is a non-refundable home protection and service charge of $100 - $500, the exact amount depends on the size of the home.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
