Home Truths

• Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• The maximum number of cars at the property is 4.

• This home has six levels with 5-6 stairs between each level and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

• The first level guest bedroom can be arranged as either a king bed or 2 twins beds. Please let your Travel Advisor team know how you would like these arranged at the time of booking.

• This home could allow dogs with approval. All pets need to be submitted for approval. Pet cleaning and a per day/dog fee will be added to the reservation after approval.

• Please note this villa has no air conditioning.

• Please note there is a non-refundable home protection and service charge of $100 - $500, the exact amount depends on the size of the home.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
