* This home has air-conditioning in the master bedroom only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
* The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.
* The home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.
* This home accepts babies and children over the age of seven, but does not accept toddlers.
* There is no central heating in the home, with heating being provided by electric heaters.
* At some stage in 2024, some of the furniture in the home will be changed. We will take new photos once this has happened.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
DEPOSIT
Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
