Home Truths

• Please note, the apartment features low ceilings in some of the bedroom spaces.

• Please note the Italian government might require the payment of a per person per day Visitor’s Tax depending on the location of the villa and may apply for the first seven days. This tax is payable locally, in Euros.

• The apartment is located in the city center of Rome, and some traffic noise may be audible from inside.

• A security deposit is required upon arrival and must be paid in Cash (Euros). For further information, please consult your Travel Advisor.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a €700 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
