Beautiful apartment in perfect location. The apartment is very well equipped, warm and very very comfortable. Nick from onefinestay patiently waited for our quite delayed arrival and gave us a lovely greeting and intro to the apartment. We would love to stay again.

Extremely easy check-in/out process, all staff interaction was great. Premises were as expected. We did have an issue that couldn't be resolved within our stay that wasn't optimal but the staff were attentive, offered options and provided good communication during the entire process.

From start to finish, the communication and level of service from the onefinestay team was exceptional. The apartment had a few issues, but the team offered to assist in all cases.
