Thanks to wide windows that give onto the terrace and garden – or else frame beautiful views – this home’s stylish, contemporary living areas have a gorgeous indoor-outdoor feel. Outside you’ll find a pool, a basketball area and plenty of places to sit and dine, while elsewhere inside are the four bedrooms – all quietly elegant. Only a short stroll away from Bronte Beach, you’re also close to the start of the beautiful Bronte – Bondi coastal trail, and just a five-minute walk from all of this area’s local cafés and restaurants.

*- There are stairs up to the entrance of this home, and no elevator.

*- This home is spread over 3 floors with no internal elevator.

*- There is a fold out Queen bed in the second living room which can be set for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

*- There is space for one car in the secure garage parking and ample street parking for more. ( this parking will be shared with the homeowner's vehicle)

*- The pool is not heated however receives direct sunlight most of the day
