From the lights of Broadway to the Statue of Liberty, browsing boho Greenwich Village or the ultimate shopping trip down Fifth Avenue, New York is packed with character and attractions. Ideal for anyone looking to stay 30 nights or longer, our monthly rentals in New York put you right in the centre of the action. Whether you're planning on visiting for 6 weeks or 57 nights exactly, we offer flexible rentals in the city's most desirable districts. From sipping silky lattes in West Village and grabbing a pastrami sandwich from Katz's Delicatessen to bar hopping around East Village, every taste of New York will leave you yearning for more.
New York has a unique character, unlike any other place in the world. Yellow taxis fill the streets, vendors serve up the best hotdogs on the Eastern Seaboard, and you’ll meet every nationality speaking every language crowded into just 300 square miles. Dominated by skyscrapers and the backdrop for countless movies and TV shows, even if you’ve never been here before you’ll instantly recognise its iconic landmarks like old friends.

With such a cultural melting pot, there’s no single ‘flavour of New York’. You can eat your way around the world in the space of a few blocks, hitting Little Italy for some seriously good New York pizza (or a ‘pizza pie’ to the locals) or Chinatown for the best egg rolls. While the sheer energy of 18 million people all sharing the same space is exhilarating, you can grab a quiet moment to catch your breath in the greenery of Central Park, before diving back into ‘The City that Never Sleeps’.

Soho's historic cast-iron buildings now hold some of the most jaw-dropping price tags in the country, and it shows in the company they keep. Design stalwarts Prada and Chanel rub elegant shoulders with a few choice art galleries and luxury restaurants. It's not uncommon to spot a celebrity or runway model during a casual Saturday brunch in Soho. The neighbourhood has something to discover at every turn: a corner pub that has been serving up tipples since 1847, a tiny bakery that churns out pastries with cult followings or a lively nightclub filled with beautiful people.
Like a humble hero elevated to great heights in a classic American movie, Tribeca has come a long way from its rough and tumble roots. Once an urban wilderness of industrial warehouses, it has become the New York neighbourhood of choice for America's celebrities, entrenched as one of the country's most expensive zip codes. Tribeca's rich restaurant scene offers up every taste imaginable, from old favourites Nobu and Megu to artisanal food courts and the nightlife includes an array of wine and cocktail bars.
Home to old New York gentility, the Upper East Side is both a neighbourhood and a way of life. It features the most exquisite of homes on Fifth Avenue, coveted for their picture-perfect views of and proximity to the urban oasis of Central Park. The cultural life is as rich as the neighbourhood's stalwarts, with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim, and Whitney Museum all within close range. The Upper East Side houses designer boutiques lining Madison Avenue, and the neighbourhood has plenty to offer those looking to lighten their purses.
As the birthplace of the hipster movement, Williamsburg does more than live up to its irony-loaded reputation. Its proximity to Manhattan has made it the most coveted address for entry-level Brooklyn living. With its unobstructed views of the East River and Manhattan and access via ferry, Wythe Avenue has seen a flurry of new activity, including numerous high rise condominiums, bars and restaurants.
“Sure, New York is filled to the brim with iconic, world-famous sights. But it's the sheer energy of the city that I love the most. From dusk 'til dawn, the hustle and bustle never stops - New York has this incredible 'anything can happen' atmosphere that you don't get anywhere else in the world.”

New York is laid out in a grid system, so while traffic can be heavy, it’s very easy to navigate your way around. The main approach roads are the I-78 from New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the I-80 from the mid-west, the I-87 from Upstate New York and Canada, and the I-95 from the south and east. The bridges can get congested during rush hour, and the city’s public transport network including the subway is a better alternative for moving around the centre of the city with ease.
New York is served by several airports, the largest of which is JFK or John F Kennedy International Airport. Newark Liberty International Airport is the second-largest catering for international flights, while LaGuardia Airport is a hub for domestic flights from other parts of the USA. Allow plenty of time for connections, especially at JFK, which is spread over a huge area of Queens and has eight terminals.
If you want to experience America at its best, a fabulous way to arrive in New York is by train. Amtrak terminates at New York Penn Station, putting you right in the heart of the city underneath Madison Square Garden. From New York, you can catch connections to almost every part of the USA from California to the Canadian and Mexican borders.
