Using your calendar
Use Green if your home is definitely available. A guest can book Green dates immediately (including at short notice).
We prioritise bookings for Green dates and our guests like to plan in advance, so using Green and updating your calendar early will give you the highest occupancy levels.
Use Amber if you're 95% sure your home will be available.
Amber dates appear to guests as available, so if you decline an Amber booking it can be disappointing. For this reason we prioritise Green dates, so using Amber will yield fewer bookings.
We’ll contact you as soon as a booking is received for Amber dates, and you’ll have 24 hours to accept or decline it. If you don’t respond, the booking will be automatically declined.
Declining Amber bookings can be disruptive to guests’ experience using onefinestay. We may contact members who frequently decline bookings to discuss restricting their use of Amber.
Use Red for dates when you are unable to accept bookings.
Grey is the default setting if you haven’t updated your calendar. If several months pass and we haven’t heard from you, we may get in touch to see if we can help.
Cancelling a booking is always disruptive to someone's trip, so we require you to honour all confirmed bookings. Cancelled bookings will be subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
